Visiting Grandma & Grandpa 12-16-09

Shelley & her mom were able to spend an afternoon with her Grandma Darva and Grandpa Lowell. They had Portillos for lunch, and attended a doctor's appointment with them. Grandpa has gained weight and has been taken off of all the medications, except for the one helping with the thyroid and was given something that should help him calm down at night. He needs to gain more weight before they start treating the cancer again though... he seemed in good spirits, and the doctor contributed it to having visitors...hopefully he continues to improve - keep praying!!!!
