Post Office Crazy 4/13/10

While Shelley was mailing in our taxes, a lady drove into her as she was backing up. Thankfully, there was no one injured...or any damage to our Escape. However, the lady was quite unskilled in protocol for accidents. She called 911 (and later proceeded to be reprimanded since it was obviously not an emergency), and a policeman came to the scene - but couldn't write a ticket or police reports, etc. since it was private property. Unfortunately, as in the case of rear-ending someone, it dosen't matter who was at fault...Shelley is the one who is blamed :( Thank goodness for insurance!!!
