On December 29th, Molly was given a special blessing at St. Paul's United Church of Christ (the church Dave & Shelley were married in.) Pastor Greg, Shelley's childhood pastor, in the minister there. Molly was given a special blessing in front of our family. Pastor Greg put together an amazing ceremony - it was amazing. We were incredibly pleased with how the blessing turned out. Pastor Greg has been such a huge part in Shelley's faith journey - it was very important to us that he have a special role in Molly's baptism as well. The idea of having a special blessing was perfect. You can never be too blessed!
Shelley's brother, Brian, stood as Molly's Godfather.
After the blessing, we hosted a reception for family and friends at Shelley's parent's home. It was a wonderful opportunity to see everyone, and for those who haven't had the opportunity to meet Molly, to meet her!
