Shelley's class presented their proposal for the adaptation of a city animal for Las Vegas to our city councilman and city manager. We will present again at a council meeting this fall where our councilman will call for an amendment to our city charter to add in the Black-tailed jackrabbit as Las Vegas's city animal.
